  
Location: Onesmall family block of rental apartments that consists of 2 buildings, at the entrance of the village from the highway of Agios Ioannis, just 130 meters from the sea of Agios Ioannis beach.
20 meters from the block you will find a path that leads you to the beach of Agios Ioannis and at 150 meters the market place with its restaurants and village’s shops. Only 700 meters there is one of the most beautiful beaches of Agios Ioannis, Papa Nero beach, and at a distance of 600 meters the Plaka beach.
Your accommodation: Both buildings include at the total 14 rooms. The buildings have each their own reception, a living room with a fireplace and a television, as well as a room for breakfast. The spacious veranda is offering you a perfect place by the nature in order to enjoy your breakfast or your coffee by watching the clear blue Aegean sea.
Your room: Each room has its own television, a small refrigerator, a bathroom with shower, central heating, air condition and balcony with sea view. In all of the rooms is included a hair drier and in some of them a safe box.
Our opinion : One family business offering to you all the necessary needs in order to have some pleasant holidays. Also the owners of the hotel have the restaurant ‘Akti’ with the Pelion’s homemade recipes located at the village of Agios Ioannis near the beach.
